Default Re: Reshaping plastic Headbands?

I figured it out. I took a 2" deep sauce pan and filled it with water - enough to cover the headband. Bring the water to a simmer and place one headband in the water. Ater about 15 seconds or so the plastic loosend up and I could actually see the bottom ends moving apart from each other. Watch them carefully so they don't seperate too much. Use metal thongs and take them out of the water and place them on a towel. If the ends bend too much, gently reshape them with your fingers. The plastic will be warm but shouldn't burn you - test it first. Allow them too cool. I'm so glad this worked now I don't have to waist all those misshappened headbands.
