If you do come to an agreement, make sure that you have everything in writing. Mention it casually, something like, "I can also leave a copy of my agreement with you, so that if you decide you want to work with me, you can look over it and we can make any needed adjustements."
Like Lynn said, sometimes it doesn happen that the will take your idea and find someone cheaper. Good luck and hope this helps!
