2. I bought these POS pantry racks from LTD last week. They have hooks to hook them vertically, but they are so bent it wouldn't have worked that way. I bought 2 of them thinking I would use one in the pantry and one in my room, but I ended up just using 1/2 of one in the pantry even though I could use it in this room! They worked out really well once I got them in the wall. My UB size ribbon spools won't fit in there, but I don't really have room anyway
They are wide enough that for some of the spools I had extras of, I was able to put those in back to make more room. They came white but I spray painted them black, however I should have left them because they really weren't meant for painting! And, it's farther than I really wanted from where I'll be, but I figured maybe that'll keep me more organized to have to go get them that way.
I made the valance yesterday-could have made it ruffle just a bit more, but I only bought 2 yards and I wanted to make some basket covers too
3. I thought I would try this for my flower heads-I was using my dd's toy rack, but....it didn't match anymore
4. This is where my sewing machines/computer/etc. will go when I bring them down. The big black shelf we used to have under our TV upstairs, but we couldn't hide the wires with it and DH thought the TV looked too small, so I got the TV and the shelf
The baskets are covered with what was left over from the valance.
