I used a pre-made template from AAO and they set up the e-mals account for you and it is super, super easy - even for me who know absolutely nothing about websites. The AAO was $25 for the template and then I paid them $100 to set everything up, but I looked at it as a one-time fee. We just had 3 orders this week!
