I get stay-flo in the laundry aisle of my local grocery store (Winco). The ones with floppy, tweaky bows... don't bake/starch
. If it is a twisted boutique, or a layer from a layered boutique I bake it and starch it. The polyester molecules melt & refuse in the new shape. If the bow gets crushed or wet, it is very likely to retain its shape.
