Wow! You accept returns after that much wear? That is awesome business practices and speaks well to the quality of your product.
But *I* would probably have said something about how no
bow is going to be indestructibe and care should be taken, especially on shoes!
As to the OP, I burn, fray check and starch and bake everything. But I only make bows for my personal use (well eventuall personal use as my baby girl is only 3 months old and has more bows, bigger then her little face, than she does strands of hair.)
