the first thing that comes to my mind when reading this is why would you wait till the day before to complete such a big order? i wish i could help, but this an occurrence that has happened before, i too learned the hard way, but the way for me to prevent it was lowering the temp prior to baking--and lessen the time, plus i would also do a test run first on any printed ribbon. the next thing that i guess you should do is to contact your buyer and ask for an extension? explain the situation and hopefully you will be able to order more ribbon, someone else can offer up another trick and you can re-do your bows and make a customer happy.
