I'm not sure there's really any "instructions" out there. I just cut my ribbon ends at an angle to make a pointy end, easier to get through the toggle holes that way. I cut my ribbon length at about 30". Treat your ends first either with fraycheck or heat tool. If you use fraycheck, you need to let it dry first so your ribbon doesn't fray when you're trying to poke it through the hole. Once your ribbon is ready just squeeze the toggle and poke the ribbons through the hole. Make sense?
