Default Re: How do you get your perky loops to stay perky??

I am reading through these posts and I am having a similar problem. I typically make larger stacked bows. My problem is my bottom bow wants to flatten a bit too much from the weight of my other layers and bow centers (my bows are pretty embellished with buttons, rhinestones, etc.) Would you recommend baking the bottom bow after it has been sewn and before layering? I always starch the final product, but would I want to starch the bottom bow then bake it? I would appreciate any and all feedback! Thanks!!!!!!!
