I make the baby/toddler korkers also using the 1/8 inch grosgrain ribbon. They do carry it at Wal-mart in the section where you buy the whole roll, but there is limited color selection and it kind of pricey if you're going to be making a lot of them. If you are only making them for yourself and not using a whole lot of ribbon, their price is ok. But if you are going to be making them to sell, I use ribbonfactory.com. They have a lot of colors and their prices are great. The down side is that their shipping is a little high. So, not really a good source unless you need to order a lot. Upside is that if you order more than 500 yards you get a 10% discount.
I attached a picture of my little monster wearing some pink/brown ones and also another set in hot pink/lime/white.
