I turn my oven on to 250 & then turn it off when it gets warm. After my caps are coated & bubble free I put them in. I usually make mine at night & leave them there until the am. You have to be careful because if it is too hot when you put them in you can get little burn spots in the resin.
I have never tried this any hotter but would imagine that you could go lower & be fine. I have also only done this with ET lite & no other resin or sealers.
