| | Re: How To Get DC# and Pay Shipping Online??
I use a kitchen scale that I already had. It weighs only up to 5 lbs but the vast majority of my shipments are less than that and it shows the ounces well which is what I need for first class.
For very light packages (1-2 ounces), you'll end up paying more postage online via PayPal. I think it costs something like $1.30 for 1 ounce, when you can use a 42 cent stamp (no delivery confirmation, tho). But above 4 ounces it seems to be more reasonable, especially considering the 18 cent delivery confirmation. And online delivery confirmation is free for priority mail - I don't think that's the case at the PO.
