No-they aren't hard to make...I've made one but am hoping to get my hands on them tomorrow since I've got my paper now...oh crap I'm waiting on the bails. I bought some and didn't realize they were so small so had to order new ones.

Anyway, on mine, I just put the paper on with the glaze and then glaze over top of it. The paper goes on the back. I think that's all you do-I didnt' buy instructions so I can say that-lol. I don't think there's anything more to it than that. I think when I get mine I'll glue the bail on 2nd and then glaze the back so that it's easier to hold and hopefully that'll work.
