I use several methods:
*A friend gave me about 6 "coke" trays from a fundraiser & I sort bows by type in them. They stack without squishing bows and only take up a little space. (they are open, so not great for dust- but hasn't been a problem so far.
*bowholders stuck on any wall space I can find around the house. I'm having to hang 'em high tho, now that dgd is gettin more mobile.
*the cardboard flats that we get our bottled water in. 2 sizes. I put the bows on bowcards in these and stand them up in the boxes. I can see what's what at a glance, but they don't stack. They do hold quite a few bows, though, so it's worth it for now. They make it very easy to find and pull out a certain bow, and the bows don't get squished. (of course, I stiffen most of my bows)
The pizza box idea sounds ideal for my smaller (not multi- layered bows) I'll have to give that a try too!
