Default diamond glaze

I bought a glass tile set from Etsy... and this is my first time working with diamond glaze... things like bottle caps an stuff I have used Krylon diamond hard glaze or envirotex...

heres the thing I made the tiles... they are stinking CUTE.... BUT... the back seems tacky.... like when I have it flipped on its backside on the table it tries to "stick" to the table... will that go away the longer it dries or do I need to "seal" it with something more?
I say what I want, when I want, no one pays me... Its my opinion take it or leave it
