lol ... no hand sewing!! I suck at hand sewing
For rouching I use elastic.
I put the elastic on the spot I want to rouch.. just a small length of it.
Then I start a straight stitch in the middle of the elastic ,and I pull the elastic as I go , the material gathers onto the elastic
and there you have it. rouched
