We just had a party recently with a rep in my area and it was a night mare!!!!!!! I lvoe Kelly's Kids, but I will order strictly online from now on. I think our party closed with about $2000 in sales, and about 8 weeks after the party the majority of people still did not have their stuff. No one had anything monogramed so that they would get it sooner. We were suppose to have it within 2-3 weeks, but it all got backed up in the warehouse and no one contacted us. Our rep had measured my daughter and told me that sizes I was ordering were gonna be too small, so I ordered the size she said-- a size bigger. I ordered 4 outfits and a bathing suit and 1 shirt. Only the shirt fit. And I was gonna order that size in the shirt anyway. I was PISSED!!! So I sent it all back and got a refund.
I will get off of my soapbox now. Someone told me this moring something about a $9.99 sale per item soon, but I don't know if it is only through a rep or online. I need to check online to see.
