Default New to the Tutu World

I have a few questions and hope that the queen tutu's can answer for me.

I purchased 15 rolls of 6" x 25yds of tulle. I thought I was doing good by getting that much, but I am wondering how much tulle I need to make each tutu. At the moment I am planning on making the basic with the elastic band for baby's.

I would love to know about how much tulle is needed for dresses(all sizes).

I would love to know how to make those beautiful princess shoulder sleeves(not sure of the proper name). I don't believe that they serve a purpose other than add to the beauty. Is there a measurement chart per age for those as well?

What have you used as a form? I can't afford a dress form right now.

I did find a descent price for the tulle that I purchased.
How much do you charge for your tutus?
What do you look at to determine the price?

I purchased my tulle online to get it at a good price. I will want to buy it again online, but it will take at the longest 8 days to receive. Say you have a rush order and you have to go to the store to purchase tulle-- do you add that into your price of the tutu, do you tell the customer that it will be around 2wks before you have the item made or do you just say "my bad" and eat the cost?

Sorry for all the questions and thanks in advance for advice!
