I can't say that I am surprised to see this. That company had horrible customer service. I told them that their wait time of 6 weeks was excessive for 1 bow so her husband told me fine, then I could go somewhere else and that my business was no longer welcome. I told them they wouldn't last very long with that attitude, guess I was right. Here's a tip for your next business venture, it's not a good business practice to yell at your customers.
