I have an excel spreadsheet I put together. Basically I just started with colors going down the left column and from there put in the widths going across the top.
I split up the column for swiss dot, glitter and then Patterned got it's own section. I have zebra in a few widths and camo so it was nice to just be able to check that off in one place. I think it was easier and works well when I do inventory.
My coding is just - if I don't have X if I do and then if I'm low R (for Reorder) goes in my size boxes. Hope this helps!!
