There are tons of things. There are clothes, cards, things to put in the cake,decoration, etc. Everything is inspired, so I guess that using the word inspired on the listings is the key.

Also, how about Dr. Seuss stuff? I see a lot of dresses and bows with Dr. Seuss themes.
It's the image they are concerned about, not just the name you give it. I had the Angry Birds listed as Mad Birds like 1/2 of the other sellers, doesn't matter.....
