I would make sure that some of the people that you know that are expecting her to order their bows with you know that you have not received ANY order from her.
That way they will fully understand that it is her, not you.
Suggest in the future that she provides your information to her cheerleader Moms and have them order directly from you at a price you set for a specific bow that she selects....this might make it easier on you and her.
I have been where you are and it is not always good. Better to cover your bases.
