I think it's tacky.
they are using a photo of your product to sell something that you isn't the same item and may be sub par.
That's what I'm thinking. I think it's a little dishonest because she tells her customers she made the one in the photo.
I'm sure she knows. That's why she disappeared after all the discussion we had about resale, wholesale, etc. She could have at least faked it like others do and signed on for an account with me LOL
here's nothing stopping them unless you have a contract preventing it.
what does that mean when we go with an agency then? We're still not protected? Do you still send out forms and contracts prior to shipping the items if you request a booking?
