The original pictures were taken using a light box. We edit almost every picture to post them online.
We use adobe photoshop to remove the background. If you don't have adobe photoshop, there's a free image editing software GIMP--http://www.gimp.org/
I've never used GIMP but I read a lot of good reviews about it.
