Yeah, I cut the strips of ribbon, apply the silicone, then give it overnight to dry and throw them in a plastic bag to line clips as I go. I don't know exactly how long it takes to dry, but I have in a rush lined a clip after a couple hours and it seemed fine. A little clippie will stay in my daughter's hair ALL DAY with the silicone!!! The bigger bows will slip a little depending on how big they are, but I tend to do a small pony tail or something with those anyway. I'm seriously debating on ordering some silicone tape with these upcoming shows though... It would definately help time-wise!
