Default Re: cheer bows

While I would agree making a standard cheer bow with plain grosgrain ribbon is easier than making a boutique or stacked bow, there is an art to it once you begin to work with fabrics, cutouts and templates.

As with any bow you choose to make, there is an art to making any bow good. A cheer bow is shaped like my avatar. While the bow is relatively simple to make with practice, becoming familiar using the fabrics and making them look the same consistently takes time and materials.

There are many good tips to be found in the threads in this forum, detailed instructions can be purchased at No Bow No Go for $5.

Good Luck!
