Not copyrighted, those photo's had watermarks. Do we have to actually copyright every pic? I thought the photographer automatically holds rights to the picture. I don't think she actually realizes the point. The design (even though I don't agree with copying) isn't so much the issue as the picture. The picture itself is the art/creation of the photographer.
Sorry to dig this up again, just looking for clarification.
