I personally don't like baking bows. I'm super picky about shaping my bows as they dry and I've found that using a blow dryer with my diffuser attachment (use the med heat setting) after coating the bows (I line mine up on a wire handle or line) with my stiffener, I can nitpick pick them as I'm drying. That way, I know exactly how my bows will come out when dry. If they're partially dry and I can see they're doing fine, I'll pop them into the oven. Otherwise, the only things I back are korkers.
