My advice is to be honest with the customer! Tell her you've never done one of those before. Personally, after that I would try to figure it out and if my first try was "good enough," I'd send it to that customer as a freebie. I'd include a note with it that was friendly to thank her for getting me started on a new venture!
As a customer myself, I'd be plenty mad if I ordered something and the person did not even know how to do it, but pretended she did! Just sayin'! LOL
