| | Question about starch.
I have been lurking for quite a while and learning so much. My question is about starch. I am gathering that korkers are twisted onto the dowels, spray starched and then cooked - right?
But bows are made first, then starched and baked or set in the sun.
I guess my question is, When does everyone apply the starch? My bows are really pretty and I am pleased but they just don't look as "perky" as many I have seen on this site. Could it be my ribbon?
