I haven't had my swiss dot ribbon bleed, but I have had the dots stick to the dowel! I think I'll try a lower temp as pp mentioned. Maybe just cook them completely seperately? I also have to keep certain dowels just for certain colors (like red) because the ribbon bleeds into the dowel and then subsequently the dye bleeds into whatever ribbon was on there next. hth!
