She is not in trouble though. I think she just thought that because most wholesale suppliers allow this, that is would be ok. Really it should be, sure is getting me on the ball for our customers to have some photos!
It really isn't a big deal, my grand baby's pictures, big deal, but everything else, it's ok.
NOW, if I created the gorgeous products you gals create and someone claimed it as they made it, a WHOLE other ball game! LOL
See the pics of your grandbaby would really make me mad. I have had the owner of a scammers page start discussions on topics like this so people are aware that you can't do this but there are some that will argue that there is nothing wrong with it as long as you can reproduce what is in that picture. They can't grasp the concept that they are using a picture without permission.
