Maybe if you say you hit the wrong button?
I have never returned anything or tried to before. I have been sent the wrong item and they say to keep what was sent and a correct item is sent to me.
Perhaps this is a color that she sells quite a bit of and she can add it back to her stock. Hopefully you can get help from someone here!!
