Because ribbon is cut to order, all sales are final. If there is an error in your shipment, please contact us for return information.

Maybe if you say you hit the wrong button? I have never returned anything or tried to before. I have been sent the wrong item and they say to keep what was sent and a correct item is sent to me.

Perhaps this is a color that she sells quite a bit of and she can add it back to her stock. Hopefully you can get help from someone here!!
