I'm not sure what you mean. Are you asking how big does your business need to be in order to be subject to lawsuit and the need to worry about these things? If that's the case, it could be someone just starting out or in business for 20 years. Makes no difference to the consumer. Anyone can pursue legal action for any reason they see fit, no matter how big or small the business, or even against someone personally. So, there is no safe zone I guess.
